bought the front Addco; its 1 3/8. I bought Energy Suspension greasable bushings for the front. I already have these both on the rear.

well the greasable bushing i bought dont even come close to fitting. they are way too narrow to even reach the bolt holes. (Adam J was RIGHT as always, although I only learned that after I had bought them).

so I made my own greasable bushings with the stuff that came with the new bar. also, the addco mounts need to have the bolt holes enlarged too. so i drilled the mount holes out to about 5/8. theni center punch and drill a 7/32 hole in the top of the mount. tap it gor 1/4 -28 , I use 1/4-28 grease fittings with a small washer to make sure the inner is flush. then i drill a 7/32 hole in each bushing. last, paint them black.

the pics:

the mounts: you can see the greasable one I bought could never work. its not nearly long enough.
the middle is the stock wk one. right is the Addco one that came with the bar now made greasable and painted black.

Robb, I guessed you we busy, no problem. I will grab a few fittings we when we catch up. I'll be at Brandimere Weds if you have time, doing some more testing on our TCM. I may be in Florida Friday and part of Sat so looks like I'll miss that show next weekend. But I should me in Colorado after Sat night. So that should work out great.

Sounds good Tom. Ill put some of the fittings in my glove box so when we meet up I dont have to remember. Enjoy your travels and I will try to connect after the 6th.

Now for some driving impressions. So I have the Front and Rear Addco Sways and just the rear WK Bilsteins. front Billsteins will be next week or two.

Are these holding up? I did the same thing to my front Addco brackets on my previous WK and they eventually TORE in half. The tapped hole created a weak spot, which worked into a tear. So just a word of caution. If you hear any unusual clunking, check the brackets lol
