using touch-up paint?

i have a couple deep scratches that compound doesnt seem to work on. Is touch up paint an option? or should i be looking to go a different way?

scratches are almost inpossible to touch up...even for a pro. The best thing to do is repaint. I did see this new stuff in motortrend magazine... www.drcolorchip.com. But like most touch up paints...its more for chips than scratches...
