Chrome Super White bulbs - Reverse and Turns

So I bought some new bulbs...THANKS NIFTY!!! I will post pics later of the turns on when it gets darker! I like them...much cleaner light and look!!! And if you do not feel comfortable with the LED's (like me :( ) then these are an economical alternative...I spent $20 shipped

Oh wait... Mine are chrome but they light up the amber color. You can have them for free. I think I like those bulbs better than the dual led's

I have no idea how long they will last...I think I am going to buy the platinunm super-whites with lifetime warranty but I will prolly wait till these go out! nifty posted a pic of them on his ride and told me where to get them ;)

I do not think it is legal per say...BUT since I do have the amber side-markers there is nothing they can say! I had them on my dodge for 6 years (white that is, not these bulbs) and never had any issues. I think the laws vary from state to state...

These are not dual bulbs; I bought the super white ones, and Swagga has the amber ones...the amber ones might be the best of both worlds if you want the clear/chrome look and amber light! I do not like the amber light hence my super whites!!!

I spent $22 shipped for the two turns and two reverse...the platinum ones are more expensive and will run you $40+ by my estimation. I am going to run with these for a while and go from there...but like I said earlier I am VERY happy with the bulbs at night

Yeah they do look NICE. I want to get those instead of my amber ones. The chrome look is much cleaner looking but for the light IMO I like the white over the amber, and like 08Hemi said. You have the amber turn signals so you should be safe. Itll look NICE at night with those on (parking lights) and the hid fogs...

For the 09WK is it the 3157 dual circuit or the 3156 single circuit bulbs. I'm thinking 3157 dual correct???

all right, well my fogs are installed a diff way. With its own separate switch. Not like how you guys have, so I was wondering if the installation of the HIDs would be different.

Have you ever had any problems with them though?

I put the reverse lights in and took them right out. Didn't give mych light at all. I had them on for like 30 seconds and it got SUPER HOT. I didn't like that. Not that I would be in reverse for long periods of time but I dont want to warp. I left the stock ones in.

After almost a month.. installed the chrome bulbs from nate. LOL :lol: Thanks nate, and irf. I like how its not amber anymore
