Anyone been able to figure out when you can get the Off Road Adventure Group II for the Overland?
I'd like to get one but not until it comes with Quadra-Lift and the Off Road II Group.
Cheers!

I believe the off road adventure group is only available for the overland as of now and the limited and Laredo are on restriction.

I just ordered mine with Off-Road Adventure II ($275 option) and Quadra-Lift (standard) on 8/10/10, so it looks like it's available now.

Hey boarderman did Quadra Lift show up on your build sheet? Or did it at least show up on the dealers computer under included accessories/options? Welcome to the forums as well and congrats on the purchase. I'm waiting on my Overland as well, ordered on the 31st of July.

Thanks, congrats to your purchase as well! What color combination did you go with?
The Quadra-Lift showed up under the standard features while building the vehicle.

Awesome. Thanks for the news. I also confirmed with three different dealers nearby that Quadra-Lift and Off Road Adventure Group II are now available for ordering. :)

See but Quadra-Lift shouldn't be "ordered" its standard! But yes Off Road Group II has been available for Overland...
BoarderMan I picked up Black Ext with the three tone interior, Beige/Lt Beige or whatever they want to call it.

I'd still wait as none of the available off road packages have a front limited slip at this time.

Not sure if they ever will? At least not by any information the public or inside guys have thus far...

Really? interesting. A bunch of people have gone on to complain/mention how its only in the rear, unlike the WK for those who really want it.

yes...really. I highly doubt it shows up this year. The lead engineer will be leading a chat soon...we will ask him why it was left off the 2011.

I think this jeep was rush into production because of the economic crisis that just took place, and also the financial crisis that Chrysler had.
That is why features like elsd, and U Connect guardian - Automatic Crash Notification, Emergency Call, Remote Door Unlock and Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance, might appear in 2012 model line up.

I think most people are waiting for the 8 speed and the ELSD.
I hope the gearing in the off road packages is lower than the standard gearing.
Even with the Hemi the WK2 is a pooch.

Nope, choose an OffRoad package, and you get taller diff gearing, which I also think is strange. The axle goes from the standard 3.47 to 3.09, at least with the Hemi, and I'd prefer to keep the stock for torque application.

Does anyone know if the Quadra-Lift is available for the Laredo X yet?

Is it even being released on the standard model? They are having enough trouble just getting it on the overland model..

I really don't understand why they would put taller gears in an off road package.
That doesn't make sense. I would hate to be even more disappointed in the lack of hemi grunt.

Spoke to a salesman on the East Coast today who assured me that the Adventure II is available on all models now not just the Overland. I am going tomorrow to see for myself. I will keep everyone posted.

Yes, I agree. That's why at this point I won't be ordering the OffRoad group. I'll just get the Hemi and QDII, and forget the other stuff. I'm more prone to the 18" wheels, but can just spend the difference every 50k or so for the tires. It was really the heavy duty cooling that I liked, but perhaps that could be an single option? Besides, you'll also save the weight of the skid plates.
