Hey pro, did it come with instructions? Read them... the blue hooks up to the MAF sensor in your intake and the pins hook up to the gray clip that covers the MAF

It hooks up to the IAT sensor not the MAF sensor. It should have come with instructions unless you purchased it used. In that case I can send you a copy of the instructions.

And it is real simple to install.
