Patrick if you're bringing the cooler and ice again I'll bring some soda to keep them cold. BTW, let's retrofit an ice cube maker into the Volant. Imagine you're staging press a button and you hear ice cubes filling up the Volant intake box :D. My idea, patent pending :thumbsup:.

Man... I don't think my 275/315 tires will be an issue next time we race even thou they are heavier than the stock ones.
Hey, let me remind you... 1st time we raced last Friday, who won the race even thou you had a better reaction time? I won by .005 :D.
On the 2nd race, I fell asleep at the tree (.4xx :sleepy:) but still ran a faster time than you :slapfight:.

I'm stripping the whole interior with my seat being a milk carton. So mucho weight reduction. :) Yeah right. LOL

Wow! I didn't know you guys were taking video... thanks! That was me with the 12.830 racing the silver challenger R/T.
Still not happy with my times... I know my jeep and I know it's running about 2 tenths slower. I'm blaming it on the heavy ass bigger tires I got.
I think I will be doing something about that very soon ;).
BTW, it was nice talking to you guys and having a good time, after the oil down the track and waiting for an hour or so we even had time to call Paul, had him in speaker and we told him that Joe ran a 12.2 and he was like... GTF OUT OF HERE....!" :lol:

Hey you guys had to see the race I had against JOESRT... It just couldn't be any closer than that... Mine is car #8269 on the right.
Even thou we both ran our slowest times of the night after hotlapping with a pair of 12.90s, as you can see I lost at the very finish line by .0161, we were side by side the whole time, take a look at the 1000 ft mark. I love this close races even when I loose, I don't feel too bad thou since I know Joe has headers on his.
My wife told me that at the end of the race the announcer said, "There's nothing better than friends racing each other and running same times". :)

ahahhaahah , hey Mario whats the tires story ?Paul, the stock tires are 36lbs for the front and 39lbs for the rears. The ones I have are 41lbs front and 47lbs rear, that's 52lbs heavier than the stock ones.
Someone on the red site used an online calculator and that's the equivalent to having an extra 260lb person in the car while you are racing down the 1/4 mile. In another words that like me racing with you seating on my passenger seat... :D. Rule of thumb is that every 100lbs slows you down a tenth on the 1/4 mile. So you do the math...
