Mother's Back to Black

I got some on the paint under the door handles when I washed and waxed the jeep last time and didn't notice it until later. The jeep is black. What is the best/easyist way to remove it?

mix some iso alcohol with water...50/50. spray it on a microfiber and wipe it down....then wipe it down with quick detailer and rewax the area
