My fault for being persistent with a frozen window and it cost me $150 in parts and only 25 mins of my time. Couldn't believe how easy this is to do. It appears to be a common problem with WJ's but this could apply to most vehicles - some differences aside such as mounting hardware location.
That being said, I will not take credit for a write up but I would like give credit where credit is due so thanks tothe members who gave me some tips, 01grand and Frangoo. This video however is what saved the day for me and if you have problems with your power windows its definitely worth the view.
