4xGUARD: Matrix Brush Guard Stud Plate Help.

I am looking into buying the 4xGUARD: Matrix Brush Guard and i see that you need to have OEM tow hooks installed before you can add this brush guard. I don't have OEM tow hooks and I've read I can just buy the stud plate and the brush guard will attach to that. What I need help with is where i can find PN 52090140AA. What are the exact parts I will need and how do I install this? On justforjeeps I saw that they had the hardware kit for 50 dollars, I was wondering if I can buy these parts cheaper.

go to a jeep dealer should be $12 for each make sure both are the same part they gave me 2 different parts when i got them had to return one of them. very easy install un less you have his something in the front like me then you have to bang and band till they fit
