Engine light is on and jeep is running crappy.. Info needed

Okay guys much help needed to unravel my Jeep issues. It run great this past Sunday when I took it out. I had some juice left in the bottle so I took it out to empty it.
Today I kick on the remote start to let it warm up and I heard it fire up but when Igot out there its wasnt running well i didnt think much of it and went ahead a crank her up and head out. Well I got about 100 ft up the driveway and it started spitting and sputtering. I notice the engine light on and hooked up the Predator. These are the codes I got

P0058, P0038,P0052 and P0032

I went and replaced Johans tune back to the stock tune, cleared the codes. I cranked it back up and engine light was immediately on again. I just can't figure out how it was running great Sunday and when I went to drive her today she was Blaaaaaaaah...

yea i have had stainless work longtubes w/t high flow cats on it for about a year now.

Check this...........The wiring harness runs behind the valve cover in between that and the fire wall, it will sometimes ride right on top of a bolt and wear a hole in the wiring harness and short a wire inside, this wiring harness contains the TPS, IAT, ECT and many others.
