Nice Scott. I had a 86 Cougar as my first car. I almost got a 99 cougar but ended up with a 98 Mazda MilleniaS (supercharged) I wish I got the Cougar. Too many tickets being 20 with a supercharged car and if fell into peices in a year. Tranny went the day I drove it off the lot. That was my first sign but because I was young and I really wanted the car I didn't listen. 1 month later the cat went bad, 3 months later the crank shaft worped and I needed a new engine. Long story but 6k later I had a new engine and the supercharger went. I should have went with the Cougar again...

my wife put almost 100K on this car in 3 years back and forth to college. It was a great car and got like 35 mpg's on the highway

Yeam Manuals are awesome for highways. My sister had a 2000 civic Si coupe standard. (It stayed stock everything) It was awesome on long distances. The gas needle barely moved. LOL

And for some strange reason I liked the new cougars antenna. It kinda seems like the car came with a remote... LOL

hey Benny....those are aussie headlights.....LOL

The bumpers on it are 02 bumpers...and I had to cut and mod the headlight buckets to get those 02 headlights to fit. I did a lot of little things to that car....like I did with the Jeep. Lighted visors, it didnt have foglamps, didnt have cruise control or even a CD player......LOL

Yeah I see that Scott! I gotta hand it to you mate, always going just that little bit further to differentiate your vehicle from the crowd. :)

I have so many pictures of builds I've done over the years, but alas, nothing in digital form, all in albums at home.
And I can't be arsed scanning them in! lol

That is one sweet looking Cougar! Pity they stopped making them, I love the design of them.

I'd say your WK turned out even better tho!
