UConnect on 2011 JK

My Uconnect continues to fail and after second try to the dealer, they "ordered a part". What part keeps from the Uconnect harness from coming off the head unit? Anyone seen this? (first time, tech told me it had unplugged from the head unit and my 35" tires and lift kit were to blame). All that city driving, I guess.

I also lost the connection to my USB/Voice Recognition. I found the M10 fuse under the hood and pulled it. After reinstalling the fuse the Voice Recognition worked fine and so did the USB.
