1993 instrument panel cluster lights out

Newbie here. I have an older 93 Jeep GC (or shall I say ZJ) that the (instrument panel cluster lights out, radio works, etc.) instrument lights have gone completely out. Pulled out instrument panel all little bulbs look fine. Tested fuses, all good. Any advise appreciated. Read the users manual, still no luck. Kindly help this girl who just wants to see the light. :D

Try sliding the dimmer switch up and down, the one by the headlight switch not the one for switch between hi and low beam. The dimmer could be bad. If the lights come on or flicker when moving or touching the dimmer than it's bad and you need a new one.
