1997 TJ. Whats it worth

Hey all looking at a 1997 TJ sport 4.0L with 5 speed tranny and has hardtop and soft top. Has about 143,000 miles on it and seems like its in reasonable shape. Whats it worth the guy is asking $3800. Sound low and i dont want a problematic vehichle. Thanks

IMO that's low. What does KBB, Edmunds and Nada say? Search around and compare you Jeep with other similiar Jeeps. I would say about $4200-$4400 Tops.
