back window issue

I was woundering if it was possible to have the trunk window open without the interior lights coming on

i dont think so, or maybe there is a fuse for that somewhere. im sure someone with more knowledge can chime in

Take the bulb out maybe??? You can turn all the the interior lights off inside.

if you do that at night you can't see the dashboard or your guage lights

Well the solution is simple, if you open up the window and want it to stay open, but want the lights off, simply push the window retainer in like it would be when the window is closed.

Just remember, when you want to close the window, open it back up like you usually would, then close the window.

... little KJ trick I learned a few years ago. ;) Same thing applies here.
