reply from neffy:

We have many customers that have applied it to exterior parts on lip spoilers, grills, as well as other misc parts. Motorcycles riders have wrapped their exterior pieces with no trouble and we have also had customers wrap some engine bay parts such as fuse box cover etc. So far we have not heard of any issues with it.

Testing that we have done has shown that it holds up well against exterior weathering so far.

Good luck with your project

shhhhhhhh everyone will do it

my first job is a pillar, then b. c. d.

then under the hood, fuse boxes. maybe a few other things. like the fan shroud

if it matches the cf hood pretty good, then maybe side moldings who knows.

lets see what iit looks like when it shows up.
