View Full Version : 4" Bwoody and MHP Antenna on...

Picked up a used 4" Bwoody CAI in silver a few weeks ago.

Here's how it looked when I picked it up:

Thanks to Tom @ MHP for getting me the IAT extension harness that I needed and a K&N DryCharger cover.

Obviously I had to do something with it prior to install...and I wanted something that would "pop" under the hood.
So, I had my buddy smooth out the ridges where they bend the tube and paint it House Of Kolor Kandy Cobalt Blue.
Of course I cleaned and reoiled the filter prior to install as well.

I also picked up the MHP billet antenna from Tom @ MHP......and of course I painted it Charcoal Metallic.

Yeah, I still have that, the window trim and front and rear chrome to get rid of. And some other stuff to get painted too :)
Just waiting for my buddy to tell me that he has time to paint it all :thumbsup:

Thanks for the compliments. I agree that the Bwoody CAI does make the engine bay look a whole lot better :D
That and it can suck cooler air vs. if the filter was up high.
