i think you might look into the chrome cover and put the cf on that. this way you dont mess up the factory one. and the CF has a trim ring to glue it to.

just a thought.

I agree, lose the chrome fillar as it's conflicting with the hood, but do not cover it with fake carbon imo, it just looks tacky, and from anywhere but very close up it will just look black/grey, like you wrecked your original cover and can't be bothered colour matching the replacement. lol

Basically, that mod is RICE!
