I figured this meant that it was for all engine types and the other part applies towards the 3.7

Agree it's only for the 3.7. At the dealership now and they advised it was only for the 3.7 engine.

Got this done a little while ago. I was charged $0 lol woo. Cant tell if it made a difference since I only drove it home. Like a 4 minute drive.
