I washed the Jeep today, and got to take some new pix...and made a video of the new exhaust set-up....enjoy! :)

About time. I think it looks better with the new exhaust. I see 2 things different. Your headlight eyebrows and the headlights? What happened to the projectors? And your exhaust. Looks better to me that is and sounds SICK! Awesome job! Whats next?

I am seriously contemplating going back to a precat-less exhaust. the cat I have really does nothing in terms of muffling the sound, it's the front cats on mine that take away the raw tone.

Like I said to Hannes, once I put on a Magnaflow round case, I will never consider running ANY oval case muffler ever again....the sound just cannot be beat.

Thanks Paul! You have a good eye. The projectors aren't with us anymore...lol...the fogged up...not moisture fog....it was the same fogging that you sometimes get on your windshield...I opened them back up...cleaned most of it out...sealed them again...but they fogged up even worse...I dunno what went wrong...I super sealed them...the eyebrow is gone because it was painted on the lens that was on the projector...and I don't think I'm gonna paint it again on these...I like the exhaust too...A LOT!! I dunno whats next...something performance-ish I guess...lol!

Great job cleaning your jeep, it looks wet like it was just painted! I love that. Pics are great as usual.

Also the exhaust sounds mmmmmean! Pretty cool and it looks awesome. You make me hate myself for getting a 4.0 every time I watch your vids.

From the factory, yes, our precats are the same. I should have never messed with those. I have hi-flow ceramic cats in now, but the nice thing about the ceramic is that they can be gutted.

I've never actually heard mine from outside the vehicle, so I can't say for sure.

I'm surprised you feel a difference....where do you notice it? I know when I went from a 2.5" single to 3" I gained power across the board (I have track slips to prove it), but you had a 2.5" true dual setup....

So when are we shaving my badges? :D

Yeah...I know Bubba...those dual powersticks was just too animalish...wayyyy too wild...this one is "wild", but still smooth and bearable...those powersticks were so loud no matter what...this almost completely shuts its mouth when cruising...

Yeah..it feels even peppier now...and it never spun the tire(s) like that from a dead stop before...it would chirp them...but not spin...I am ready to shave those badges when you are!!!! BTW, did you have the vent tubes installed on the projectors? If they fogged like you said it sounds like the vent holes where plugged as they come in the box, the vent tubes from the stock headlights needed to be installed on the new projector headlights. I think you knew that thou... ;)

Bill: Thanks a lot! New set-up is a custom made 2.5" to 3 " Y...3" pipe all the way back to a 3" in/out 14x4 Magnaflow muffler, 3" tail pipe, and a 3.5" SS tip...

Guess what i just ordered??? THE SAME MUFFLER lol...I think my powerstick might not be the best choice for my set-up!! sleepy4.7 turned me on to this muffler !! HANNES u know i follow your exhaust every dam time man lol...flowmaster 40 to powersticks to now magna flow lol...FREE POWERSTICKS to anyone that wants it just paint it is all!!
