optional tires

I see they have optional tires. What's the difference and are most ordering the optional ones?

one is allseason(ok in snow) and the other is 3 season(no snow)

3 season run-flats vs. 4 season run-flats...

The 3-season performs better when dry, but not when wet or in the snow...

The 4-seasons are a little more conservative and thus they don't perform quite as well as the 3-seasons, but it's unlikely that anyone would be able to tell much of a difference, PLUS anyone who is looking to do drag racing will likely get some other tires (or even DRs) for those activities, so it doesn't really matter that much...

I'd say if you live near/in snow, go with the 4-seasons. If you are in the middle, pick. If you live in the south where there's no snow really, go with the 3-seasons if you want. I live in TX so I should go with 3-seasons BUT I will take this rig to the mountains once or twice and also up north sometimes during winter, so I want the 4-season (aka all-season) run-flats instead...

actually, tirerack did a test that showed 4 season tires were typically not as good in the wet as either 3 season or summer tires. What doesnt make sense is the pricing Milous published. No way they are worth $835 ADDITIONAL dollars.
