So i finally sold my AFE CAI to Acid Cold. Just gotta ship it out. But i did not want to re install the stock intake muffler thing and i had already modified the stock ribbed air intake plenum beyond stock use. So i needed an intake fix until the Bwoody Intake is ready to go and they start to ship them out.
What i did was re installed my barely used K&N stock replacement air filter (panel style) and the stock air box cover. Then i used a piece of 3.5" OD PVC, painted black, and a spare 3.5" ID silicone coupler and used that to attach the stock air box cover to my modified stock ribbed plenum.
BAM, Its technically still a CAI, and its higher flow then stock. This will have to do until the Bwoody is ready.
