Good morning,
I am trading in my 07 for a 12 WK2 in red(ordered 6/27). My first question is about the "late availibility" is this referring to the fact that you could not order it right away or will it also be delayed in production. Does anyone that ordererd a red have D1 status yet?

Milous is tracking about 25 SRT's for premium members and none are in D1 yet. But I expect them to go D1 soon.

Hey, don't go dragging my name in here... j/k! :D
Checked again this morning and still set to D1, although mine is Black, not the Deep Cherry Red.

rusty104 is also D1 status. According to his posts, he put down money later than many of us ordered so my guess is the dealer already had one on order for stock and he is allocated that one.
My initial theory was that D1 was occurring by order of VON, but I know of a guy who has a much lower VON than those already in D1 that is not there yet.

For those in D1, I thought your build date was 7/6 (yesterday), does that mean they are delaying once again?? Are you still in D1 today?

I ordered an Overland in deep cherry red and it just went D1 yesterday. Expected arrival of 8/7. Made my day! Hopefully that means no delays for the SRT8s as well!

It appears that yesterday was the day that they started sequencing orders to be built. Production not scheduled to start until later this month. Those that are in D1 today will hit D2 prior to the vehicle beginning the assembly process. Doesn't look like there are any delays but I am sure that our resident experts will let us know if they hear of anything

12Jeep, ok so production is still scheduled for 7/18??? How in the world are people getting ship dates of 8/7 or dealers saying they have some coming this month, if they aren't building them for another 11 days??? So much for 90 days of QC on each vehicle...
