Lets have some fun with this. Any general ideas?

I'd start with a Laredo with a 4.7 and the 242. 3" exhaust(keep it quiet, multiple mufflers), CAI, intake manifold, tune, maybe a KB blower if one can be found. LDS's front and rear. Add some body armor-front and rear bumpers; front, rear, transfercase skids; a 2" suspension lift, 31x10.5's; some bars over the windows/retractable metal plate; Tom Wood's driveshafts; roof rack; extra exterior lights everywhere; CB radio/bullhorn; vinyl seats; dark brown, flat paint; some sort of exterior mounts for front and rear facing removable AR-15's that can be fired by buttons inside the cabin...

Personally, I'd go a little taller so you can fit bigger tires. If you run into a fat zombie, you'll want to be able to clear it.

Also, I'd replace all glass with lexan, and install gun ports in each one.

A "cow catcher" would be cool too...like they have on the front of trains. That would help you plow through the zombies.

personally for me my zombapocalypse vehicle is going to be a first gen cummins with a zombie plow on the front.

I've put many hours of thought into this, and I really think that is the best solution thusfar. Though I wouldn't turn down a 2011 F350 with fords new inhouse diesel.

How bout adding the kit so you could flames from the exhaust? Burn 'em after you mow 'em over lol

I'd armor and weaponize one of these.

Mine clearing and treetopping machines would be high on my list of must have grocery-getting equipment.

its supposed to be coming back this fall for a full season. fired all the writers and were looking for freelance writers to do the work. Sounds great to me because then maybe you will get some people who are passionate about the genre and will really step up the writing.

I'll take one of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Killdozer.jpg

An example of what happens when the government steps on the little guy who has nothing to loose, a bulldozer, steel, and concrete.
