'93 Grand headlight adjustment

Do you need a special tool to adjust the headlight beam?? If so is there 'substitution' for it?? If not where do I purchase so said tool.

If I'm not mistaken, it's the same for all year ZJs and you're going to need either a Torx T15 or a T20. It's one or the other, I can't remember which. I want to say T20 but it may be a little smaller. There really isn't a substitution for it. You may be able to use a flat head screwdriver, but that may damage or strip the Torx head. I've seen some people also jam a hex key/allen wrench into a Torx head. Although that may work, I don't recommend it.
