2002 jeep grand cherokee 3.0 crd... help needed

hello everyone :) my 2002 jeep grand cherokee 3.0 crd has a small problem and i was wondering if some one could help advise ... i have no manuals for it and the electric heated seats have stopped heating although the lights come on, on the switch to say there on & my back window heater has also stopped working would this be a huse problem & know where the fuses are but don't know what fuse is for what as i have no diagram....

Yes... The rear defrost light is also coming on but not defrosting window

The heated seats use fuse 20 (10A) on the junction block under the steering wheel. The switch lights are driven by an output from the BCM (body control module). But i'm not sure if these lights are working independent of this fuse.
The rear window defogger uses fuse 11 (10A), also on the junction block. Also the defogger relay is switched by the BCM. You could test this relay by putting point 86 from that relay to ground and feel/hear it switching.
Did both problems start at the same time? It could be a fuse of the BCM, there are 3 of them, all on the junction block, fuse 7 (10A), fuse 22 (10A) and fuse 28 (10A).

check the fuses ! what is your engine 3.1 turbo diesel or 2.7 crd ? the 3.0crd is at later models

If it is realy 2002 it cannot be 3.0 CRD. It can be 2.7 CRD. 3.0 CRD did not exist until 2005.
