I've seen a lot of owner's add 4" lights like the ones standard on semi-trucks

Ive seen people do smaller marker leds on aftermarket bumpers and led fender and turn signals are pretty popular. I have a set of truck lites 3rd gen LED headlights on reserve that should ship next month. Anxious to try em out since stock JK headlights are about the worst Ive ever seen.

Just installed this kit from Warrior Products with the 4" lights your talking about. Comes complete with backups side markers and resistors or you can make up your own from Warrior products. Some body cutting reequired though!

@Repo503:Yeah, I've heard Truck-Lite's is very bright. Do you know how many Lumens it can achieve?

@dvdswk2: That looks awesome. If I had the same set-up I would have opted for American Superlite's 4" S/T/T. They're pretty expensive at like $30 per light but I've had good results with them when I purchased 6 of them for my father's aluminum trailer.

Thanks! When I purchased this setup I didnt know you could buy the steel plates blank . I probably would have done something different. I love the red tails they look retro, and are bright, but the backup lights are a little dissapointing. I still may add additional backup LED's in the bumper depending on how the backup camera turns out.

I did notice something odd with my setup. Everytime time I slam my tailgate the light flashes. Only one! Nothing is loose. Checked all connections. I know the led can run on lower currents. The only thing I can figure out is that it has something to do with the current that circulates to the door open warning system?
MERRY XMAS ALL!!! :)

I am running the Speaker 8700 for headlights and their fog lights. I am going to convert the taillights to LED this winter and have every external light LED.
