Some of you may know and heard of me talking about my boy Brian's(BJB) Jeep. It's just about done and being tuned. Here's a little video of it on the dyno smoking the tires at the end of the video. PURE BEAST!! Running 18-19psi on a Vortech YSI S/C with a 426 HEMI in her. SICK!!!

Sorry guys... been busy. Here's the update. It put down 736RWHP at they're still tuning. Hoping it'll be around 800rwhp. when they're done if not more. His old Jeep put down 74Xawhp and 9XX on spray. This Jeep will be no spray though. This should be the first 9 second SRT8 Jeep. It's posi front and rear. Built tranny, transfer case, and rear end. Running DR's on all 4 corners. Brian should be calling me tomorrow with some 1/4 times. I'm pretty giddy right now. Can't wait until tomorrow!! He's not running in 2WD.... just for the dyno. They removed the front driveshaft and TC motor.

COŅO.....!!! That jeep is sick!
Can't wait for the times tomorrow.
Damn... when I see vids like this, the more I want a Vortech SC for my jeep . And I'm not talking of a crazy build like BJBs, just the regular SC would do.

there are a couple of new videos on youtube of this Jeep SRT8. That thing is crazy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEyERbLAliA
Here is the update. Been having trouble with AWD launches. It has been like 1 out of 5 it will launch AWD. I had it to the local dealer and we used the starSCAN's flight recorder to capture some good information. We need to double check everything as there is a custom rear diff with a spool. The front has a paramount performance posi unit. The tone rings in the rear are a custom piece, but with the latest information it looks like the wheel speed sensors are playing nicely. I had the FDCM reflashed and a few engine cal revisions have eliminated a tranny limp mode issue. I will be doing some more testing this Thursday. A big thanks to DynoSteve, Wilson / Jerseyboy and Builder Bill!! It has been fun tooling around town. C16 smells great but is a little pricey!!! I don't dare race anyone from a light because I dont know where I am in the 1 out of 5, LOL With the great people helping me I have no doubt that it will get resolved soon.

If you're going to do another day at Milan, let me know. I'll be there. A crowd is always good.
