Thanks. It annoyed every time I looked and one was out or when I could see it go out in the reflection of the car in front of me.

Now I drive with the parking lights on in the middle of the day. Lol. If I see someone looking at my rig, I'll click the lane change blinker real quick so they can be like "damn thats P-H phat". Lol.

Me too, but its mostly when im next to another WK, I see them checking out my stillen covers and the white parking lights instead of the ugly amber. Yea, they want it!!! haha....

You have just white lights for front park/blinkers? Here in MA I wouldnt pass inspection without it amber for the blinker.

Oh I just have 08+ chrome bulb stockers. It still blinks amber
But at least its not ugly amber when its not on.

I think thats the best thing to get, the chrome bulbs. Because they are much cheaper. BUT, if these dual LEDs do last along time like they claim then i think they are worth buying. For 50 bucks I expect these LEDs to last at least 4 years, if not the life i have the car.

I like it! Did it require a load equalizer as well? Where does a guy pick up a pair? Are you at liberty to share the price and the vendor?
Thanks!

V-Leds.com sells dual 3157 bulbs. A resistor is needed, BUT, it appears some WK owners get them working with a 3ohm 50 watt resistor, where I and a few others needed a 1.2ohm 50 watt resistor to get them to work.
A pair of bulbs is abut $50 and a set of resistors is about $10, plus shipping charges. Its def not cheap, but like i said above if they do last along time like they claim LEDs do I think they are worth it.
Search thru threads related to dual LED's, Fankie has a thread on his install and people commented on diff issues they had with them. It finally took me months before I figured out I needed a 1.2ohm resistor for them to work properly.

hey eddie or timmy,
do either of you guys have pics of how to wire two 3ohms together so they are 1.5ohms?

Isnt it amber when you turn the lights on though, or just with the blinker? I thought when you turn them on they are amber all the time.

I dont, because I used a single 1.2ohm resistor. But, to wire two 3 ohm resistors in parallel to give you a 1.5ohm load just splice the wires together. I'll take a pic using two resistors I have laying around, hold on.

Here's one of the ways you can wire two resistors in parallel. Just use splice taps to splice into the wires of the first resistor. Me, I personally like to solder all my connections and cover with shrink tubing. I didnt actually solder them together, but sure you can get the idea from the pic.
