Because I've run out of lights to change why else:lol::lol::lol::lol:. Just kidding buddy but seriously to a person that likes to go 4wheeling thats like putting the equivalent of a Sherman tank under there.A Rubicon Dana 44 front is light years ahead of even my Dana 30 Vari-lock in strength and traction. The 30 no matter how you dress it is the weak link in our Jeeps. The rear would be much stronger too.The high pinion all but eliminates driveline angle woes with a lift and that electric locker,well......:thumbsup:It would be the ultimate off road setup for a WJ that still had excellent highway manners.

It all comes down to what you're into. Some guys like street Jeeps. Some guys like offroad Jeeps.I like the best of both so my goal is to create the ultimate hybrid.I think I shall call it Frankenstien! Hey I kinda like that......Frankenstein.........been looking for a pet name for it.............hmmmmmm......Thanks Bud.

You guys make me jalous with all the modding..................
I´m only spending my money to keep it rolling as a standard jeep...............:(
Jeh, you really have to love it................................

Dave, its a good thing those axles are way out of my price range right now, or I'd be in big trouble with my wife!

Hybrid Jeep thats a good word, my Dad was asking what way I'm going here, bigger all terrain tires, skid plates, but fancy lights, no lift, and street sway bars. Although for serious off roading I guess sway bars would come off anyway.

lol Frankenstein, Don't forget that was the name of the scientist not the creature lol unless you plan on doing crazy experiments to your Jeep and saying IT'S ALIVE!!, IT'S ALIVE!!

As a matter of fact, I can picture you installing both those axles and then raising the lift up through the roof of your garage and the Jeep gets hit my lightning and then you bring it back down and it starts revving up and you're like, IT'S ALIVE!! IT'S ALIVE!! lol

Nothing wrong with having a dependable vehicle that you're knowledgeable enough about to maintain. :)

Uhhhh.... They aren't projectors at all. They're ported throttle bodies. 5 of them. For 5.7 Rams and Jeeps.

Maybe you could patent and sell your green ones to them, they do add some nice color! :D

Maybe our wives should get together, start a forum called "Why do our husbands feel the constant need to monkey with a Jeep that works just fine the way it is?" Hmmm, need to work on that title its a little long.

He Dave, we will just always be there to give you our (wanted or not:lol:) advice or comments.
Just invent some fancy name for your creation, like:
......................Jeepin Daves famous bumpstops...................
You can offer some free sunglasses when buying 4 at a time, because they will spread quite some light............................:D

Don't stop there, you probably don't need the heater core either!:slapfight::lol:

It will actually decrease MPG though, the lead lining to keep the passengers from growning extra limbs will add too much weight.;)

Screw the lining...do you have any idea how much you can get done with some extra limbs? I could probably detail my entire Jeep in an hour if I had 4 arms. I could also wipe my ass, play Words with Friends, pick my nose, and scratch my head all at the same time.

6k is alot to dump on a WJ.Yes and no. You need to check out sites like mallcrawlin. There is a whole other demographic to consider. People with dedicated trail rigs wouldn't even blink at that price tag. Add up all of the price tags for all the stuff we do here. You'd probably have a stroke:lol:. Hell I'll never get back what I have in mine and honestly I don't care. I really like my WJ. Most people here won't profit by a long shot but we'll keep adding anyway. It's just a little different theme here. Same price tag though:D

That may be true, but at least he's taking pride in something he already has unlike a lot American's that rush out to buy the newest vehicle when a problem arises or their interest shifts.

Yep! :thumbs up: I'd hate to know how much $$ has gone into the jeep, I go into it knowing i won't get a monetary return, but the joy of driving a vehicle modded your way is worth it.
