Any experience with this alarm?

I been looking for something to replace my CodeAlarm since my remote starter gave up, i've wanted something to control with a pc via internet with gps tracking and came across this system..

I would see if any company makes a CAN bus adapter for our WK's...if so, it would make installation ALOT easier...I also noticed that on the first link, it said there was a fee after the first year of $180 in order to use some of the sattelite features...

IDATALINK makes a databus adaptor, designed for use with a remote start system but should work for the other signals required.
