my wifes Lexus IS250 has the 6500K D4S Xenondepot bulbs.....

here they are next to the stock 4300K D1S bulbs in my Jeep---

That cutoff is nice! Looks like a Red Rock in the 2nd pic. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

I can def say I luv my xenon depot 6500K HID lows. So much more light output, and the color is great. One of my #1 mods I have done. I dont even like turning my highs on because of the yellow color, but with these highbeams are not really ever needed.

Im curious, because those are projector headlights, do they throw the light out farther?

yes they do and it is projected on the highway instead of all over gods creation....LOL

Thats what I was thinking with projectors, seems a smaller beam dispurtion but its more focused and would be "brighter" in that area. But, is it worth the $$ to upgrade to projectors from just the basic xtreme HID's?

YES...def. 1000000% glad I did it. One of my top personal mods.
