Hi guys,

Just wondering where about I fit the PW to my 4.7 WJ?

I've taken some pics of the TB if required...

Thanks in advance!

The POWER WIRE plugs in between your Air Temp Sensor and the harness.

Locate your AIR TEMP SENSOR and just put the POWER WIRE in between the two.

Depending on the year of your engine, will determine the sensor location.

1) Its either going to be on the INTAKE MANIFOLD on the DRIVERS SIDE, 2nd INTAKE RUNNER from the back. GREY PLUG with 2 WIRES.
2) or it will be located on the RESONATOR... on the JEEPS Im not exactly sure where but it will be the ONLY sensor on the intake resonator with a GREY PLUG with 2 WIRES.

Your POWER WIRE should come with instructions on how to install it correctly.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for the info!

I have two plugs on the TB, one with 3 pins (TOP) and one with 4 pins (bottom).

Sure I saw a 2 pin plug on under those, maybe attached to the Intake Manifold?

it plugs into the IAT wire and then into the iat plug in your intake hose

Just like Scott said, you pull off the wire going to your IAT sensor and then put the powerwire between it!

Its prob a bit different for you, but here is how it looks on mine...

Thanks for the pics Frankie!

So just to confirm, the 2 pins go into the grey connector attached to the TB and the blue connector goes into the hose?

actually martp, the greuy part went onto the air tube part, the open end, the 2 pins went into the exisiting wire. then i used some electrical tape on that end to protect from water.

Wonder if this would benefit me also?

I put mine in a few weeks ago and I seemed to notice a little more power, defintely runs alot colder and is noticeable on the temp guage. In my opinion its worth the money for such a cheap mod.
