Well well well.. after one and half years of a drag racing obsession, I finally got my first place victory!!!! :w00: Racing in the "trophy" class, Jacob (nor-cal) and I worked our way through the competition, one Mopar at a time...

We ended up being the last two vehicles left in the class, so it was Jacob and I in the bracket-racing finals! Oh damn the only two Jeeps made it to the finals LOL it was a great day!

There was also a car show that we entered in, Jacob got Honorable Mention but I didn't place in the show.. maybe I need some rims and a few other things and I'll be back for that one next year :cool:

Too bad none of you guys were able to make it out, it was cool hanging with Jacob all day, cool dude with a good attitude.

Thanks, Hannes! I dialed a 14.6 but was running 14.7's all day so I adjusted my time throughout the eliminations. Jacob was running a consistent 16.5/16.6 all day with the Superchips and big shinny rims.

Thank you! It's about damn time and I'm still deciding where to mount the award.. winning was the second best thing in my life, the first one being the loss of my virginity... so it's kinda important :D
