Is anyone running LED's or any other source of light in there engine bay? this thing sucks at night when i need to do something (add fluid, etc) on the highway. i know 1 watt LED's will do the trick but how many and how should i run them? if anyone has something done similar, can you post a picture?
Thanks

I started this project about a year ago - then I got stuck into my bumper project. I really need to get back to it. All I have to do is re-install the hood insulator (in which I embedded 6 single LEDs in various locations) and wire it up.

Not LED's but I took this out of a late 90's Suburban. Easy install, just 2 screws and 2 wires.
The light is on a reel and you can pull it out and go completely around the truck. The light its self has a magnet on the back so you can stick it on anything metal for hands free work. I love it.
