i'm getting a pioneer 7" touch screen, and i had a thread a while ago, but the picture with all the part numbers disappeared.

What i have. Boston Acoustics sound system, Sirius satellite radio, and steering wheel controls.

1) I need the harness to go from the Jeep wiring to the pioneer
2) I need the necessary wiring for the amp remote
3) I need the wiring for the Sirius receiver
4) I need to know how to interface my steering wheel controls.

Does anyone have any part numbers? I plan on making a very detailed "how to" when i get around to doing the install and fiberglass work.

Thanks!

a lot of the harnesses/adapters are replacement specific.

I also wanted to retain my sat antenna.

here is a list of items I needed besides the Head Unit:

Main harness adapter: PAC C2R-CHY4

then a D-DIN Adapter: Metra 99-6510

yes on the pioneer adapter.

i cant swear but IIRC the wires from sirius are integrated into the old harness not seperate. so I bought the new sirius box rather than try to rewwire it. maybe you could do that, IDK.

good to know, does the metra adapter keep you from having those "half moon" openings from the stock controlls?

also, is the steering wheel adapter Infra red? or is it hard wired?

the steering things use the remote infra red, iirc.

you will need a Jeep nav bezel too.

or cut up your existing one. i say a nav one is best.
