Will an 08 Grand Cherokee bumper fit an 05-07

no...there is a $23 bracket behind the bumper that the grill snaps into that you need. Its 08 specific

Ahh, ok, yes that has always been a problem, it seems to take them a couple years to catch up on the manuals (even the corporate online versions!).

So what all has to be done to make the switch to the 08 front end. New headlights, new grill, front bumper cover, & bracket behind bumper. Do you have to relocate the fog lights? Has anyone done this switch that can post the steps?

yep....all you need is the headlights, bumper, grille and bumper support. The fogs are the same.
