Are they any good? I am done with large enclosures and and need something that will take less space out back and easy to remove, just curious if anyone has heard one of these in person and would recommend it or not.
Not looking for extreme bass since i listen to hard rock but would like a sweet lows.
EDIT: I am looking into a 10'' powered tube.

It's been some time since I've heard one, so they may have stepped them up, but from what I can remember they were pretty darn weak. Weak enough to not make it worth spending money on. But they may be better now.
Look around online and see if you can find any reviews.

I know the old ones were crap but the new designs look nice, the speaker are rubber now unlike the cardboard they used before. I could always return it if i don't like it thought.

If you look at this picture, the tube looks pretty interesting.

i have this on my grand cherokee and it sounds very very good (10" infinity basslink subwoofer), it looks like oem equipment and it's not big, plus it comes with a integrated amp, that means that you don't have to buy a amp

used on ebay cost like 120 bucks, and brand new cost like 230 bucks

I heard they are very poor sounding subs, your better off with something else, I REALLY enjoyed the stuff I used to have, it was Blaupunkt audio in a bassworx box!

They are junk as far a bazooka subs. you would much better off getting a powered sub. they are self contained all in one amp and sub and are very mobile and are available from almost all vendors{kicker, MTX Fosgate,Infinity,Sony,etc}
Sonicelectronix.com has a good selection and great prices if your interested

one of my buddies put the infinity basslink in his ride and for the $175 it cost him it def helped with the overall sound of the stereo...but if you are an audiophile you would be dissapointed...

I'm just not going to bother with it, i really like the sound of my new speakers.
Bass would just get more unnecessary attention out here. I will be adding 2 more 6.5'' in my rear hatch door this spring along with 1'' tweeters.
