School me on axles guys.
The wk, They all come with a beefier version of the Chry 8.25 correct? So most 8.25 diff parts should work? IE diff covers? I was told that the Xk and WK share what is called a semi-floating 8.25.
What the heck is the front? it looks smaller then a D 30 differential.

The front is a 7.9 ring gear corporate (i think) 200mm, there is no aftermarket support for our IFS. You will not find any aftermarket covers since we really don't need them, they sit high enough unlike our rear ends chryco 8.25 29 spline axle. the only thing available for the rear is a ring made by Superlift that goes over the stock cover, the 8.25 cover you are finding online are different (Riddler covers told me)

Thats the only thing i dont care for with the wk.
only V8 wjs had the D 44 too, rest had the D35 of fail, worlds worst rear axle ever.

Thats sick. i did not know the srt 8 had the D 44.
There are 2 wjs at the u pull near me with good 4.7s and D 44 rears in them too if anyone needs one. Great upgrade over the crap D 35 in the wj.
