Installing Component System need some help!

Hi guys im new to the forums i just bought some awesome kenwood highs for my 06 jeep grand cherokee but having an awful problem running the speaker wire through the doors is there something i am missing or something i need to do to get it through i really need some help so any recommendations would be greatly apperciated.

I ran my speaker wire all the way up until the door. I just tapped into the existing speaker wire at that point.
