Rattling...driving me crazy

Ok so the passenger side rear panel by the hatch of my truck rattles really bad with my sub. I have tightened down all the screws that hold it in place. Just to clarify this is the panel that goes by the rear seat and into the back cargo area. It has the small netting on the side for storage if needed. Even after tightening down all the screws it just doesn't seem very tight and it is driving me nuts.

What is the best way to eliminate this? I hate rattles and would really like to find an inexpensive way to get it to stop! any ideas??

I keep a roll of window/door insulation nearby at all times. Put it in the right places and that stuff works wonders with rattles. Take it from me, I probably own the biggest rattle trap on this forum.

Where would I get some? Is it expensive?
