Ghetto BOOM gone bye bye

So ... having a massive box in the back of my WJ wasn't exactly smart or realistic, and as my gf said "... sooo where do you put stuff?" ... lol


So I sold my type type R 12's and amps for $400 to a friend, so now I got $400 to play with for speakers. What do you guys suggest for my speakers and amp? I don't want clangy sound, so can anyone help me out? I'm thinking of Type R's, but should I go for6.5 all around, or 6/9 and 6.5 in the back?

I will be running 'em with a decent amp, but I'm not sure which yet. Help?

I replaced by dual 12s setup with a kicker TC10. Much more room, much less ghetto. Sounds great to me...

yea. i got rid of my duel 12s. i liked them but took up too much space. I am getting a single 12 with a vented box here in a couple months. i needed to free up some space in my cargo area.
