Just wanted to share my Meguiars CS experience. Yesterday i bought a bottle of Hot Shine and on the second pump of the trigger it crapped out. :mad: i transferred the product to a old bottle ( no honey, i dont know where the plant sprayer went. bet the kids took it) I emailed CS and told them my tale of woe. today i got a nice email back, and after a short dialog, Meguiars is taking care of my problem.
nice to see come companies care about the little guy.
