maybe i didn't apply enough pressure but mine did not come out nice and shiny like that ...

how bout when it touches the paint ... that's the part that really bugs me is removing it from the paint

but none the less nice work man

I used to use that back to black years ago and works great as a temporary dressing...You think we have it bad, my 91 Syclone's cladding was the worst crap ever, as far as trying to find something that worked.

I picked up a bunch of that Turtle Wax Ice on a clearance (the gift packs) and the synthetic polish works great on the trim and seems to last a decent amount of time. Stuff's a little pricey (I only got it cause it was 75% off :) ), but I like it...Almost like an oil, but more of a polish (for paint) than the dressings.

The Back to Black has held up descent on my wife's 94 ZJ. We used almost an entire bottle of it on the side cladding and front and rear bumpers. I've gotta detail both Jeeps on my next long break at work next week. Will get pics up when it's done.

You know i was thinking about that as well, i saw a can that was oem black, and was for trim. That would have been the sensible thing, spray and forget lol
