O2 Sensor Codes

I bought my 08 Overland about a month and a half ago from a used car dealer. It has 103k miles but is in great shape. Before I picked it up, the dealer brought it in for emissions and it passed. Two days after I got it home it threw a P013C - Oxygen Sensor 2/2 Slow Response. The dealer included a 60 day 3k mile warranty, but they're over an hour away and I didn't want to bring it in if I didn't have to. I followed the FSM procedure to troubleshoot. I could not find an exhaust leak and the wiring checked out, so I swapped in a new OEM sensor and cleared the code. Two days later, it was back. I brought it in to the dealer I bought it from for further troubleshooting and on the way up it threw a P0133 - O2 Sensor 1/1 Slow Response. They told me all it needed was a 1/1 sensor and it was all set. On my way home it threw the P013C again and later P0133. They're giving me the run around now and I not trust them, so it looks like its going go be on me to get this fixed.

When it was just the downstream sensor I was thinking a bad cat. Now that it's throwing an upstream code on the other bank, I'm thinking it may not be an exhaust issue. I'm planning to try to verify they replaced the 1/1 sensor and then replacing the other 2. I've got injector cleaner in the tank and am going to run some sea foam through the intake. Then I'll finish by replacing the plugs and PCV valve and checking for intake leaks. I was going to do all this anyway considering the mileage and unknown history, so it's not a big deal. But, I'm not super optimistic either.

Does anybody have any other suggestions? I logged the 1/1 voltage with my tuner and it looks like its switching just fine until I rev it at which point it stays rich and takes a while to start switching again. I don't think this is proper operation, but I'm not completely sure. I know an EGR valve that's stuck open can cause a rich reading in the O2 and also how Hemi EGR's can be, so I may add that to the replacement list as well. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Re: O2 Sensor Codes

With that kind of mileage, I would recommend that they all be replaced. Cost of all 4 sensors is about $120. Labor is another story though. Check this thread out, after I had a similar problem, without codes.
