Hi, I am new. Just replaced a blower motor controller. Blower doesn't come on after replacing controller and connector. Blower works fine when you jump power to it. What should I do next? My brother thought that the connector we replaced had the smaller wire in the middle of the connector. I have a diagram that has the wire placement as A - black (ground), B - red (hot) and C - dark green but my smaller wire is yellow and brown not dark green. Any thoughts? Thanks, Dennis

Have you checked the blower motor resistor? Not sure how common these go out on Jeeps, but it's very common on other cars.

When you have the blower motor controller, than there is no motor resistor.
Did you check for a blown fuse? It can be the blower motor switch as well.
You said that you changed the connector, was there any sign of heat damage to the old connector?

Had heat damage right at the connector to the blower control module. The plastic was melted. The blower works when you jump power to it. I have a new connector to a new module.

So did you check the fuses?
Did you make a note of the wire connections to the old connector to be sure that the new connector is wired ok?

Checking the wiring diagram i see that the DG wire is the Blower Motor Supply wire, which is fused at 40 A. So this wire should not be that thin. You could check for 12 V at point C and ground at point A, to start with.
