front upper axle bushing replacement

Hi, I'm new here. I have a 2005 jeep wk limited with a 5.7. When shifting it into gear you hear a clunk noise in the front end. The upper bushing for the axle housing was bad so I had to remove the axle to air hammer it out and I installed a new bushing. When putting it all back together, somehow I messed up the cv axle nut threads. I went to the local parts places and could not find one. Does anyone know where I could find just the nut on the internet?

Re: front upper axle bushing replacement

Since the site won't let me direct link and doesn't show a part number SO... go here: http://www.mopar-parts-dealer.com/parts.htm

-Enter year/type of Jeep
-Go to: Front Suspension > Front Axle and Carrier > Axle Assy.

I think it's called "Nut Back" and is $11.40

Double check though. Click on the illustration to be sure.

Also, I know it's not going to be an OEM part but if you can figure out the size/thread I'm sure you could probably find it at Mcmaster too. www.mcmaster.com They have everything..

Hope this helps
Doug
