Thank you for the update. I downloaded it last night . . . took about 1hr, and unzipped the files onto a USB stick. I plugged the USB into the radio USB port and started the upgrade. All went well and after about 35 to 40 minutes the radio announced the upgrade was successful and rebooted.

Lets see if the iPod issues are looked after. My iPod issues are currently, without the upgrade, as follows: 90% of the time I need to select the AUX device to get the iPod; after a few songs the radio stops picking up the signal and forces the sound out of the iPod; periodically after a call or following a restart of the vehicle the display would indicate STOPPED, and there was no way of restarting other than unplugging the USB and plugging back in.

I'll post again once I've played with upgrade.

Sox,

Please can you advise on the following;

I have a UK 2012 Grand Voyager (Town & Country) with RHW fitted.

Unable to pair with Iphone 4S.

Software is 1.910 Grace 3266

Will your 2.120 software help Bluetooth connection with my phone.

If I update to 2.120 will this affect my UK navigation software or any other UK function already in RHW unit.

the software are also for your RHW.

install the 2.120 and then you can also install the last gracenotes.

After just dealing with star on a radio update, I was told that this update has been pulled and they are reworking a couple things.... I have no other information nor any specifics, I am just putting that out there.

I have this same problem. Just installed 2.102 update and now Navigation is Being Activated is on the screen constantly. Also, the AUX input touchbutton is greyed out and cannot be accessed. Both worked fine before the update.

Do you have any suggestions, or have you heard about the problem I posted above. This stupid "Navigation is Being Activated" message is on all the time now. The AUX touchscreen button is greyed out, and sirius travel link and a few other buttons are greyed out.

Should I, or can I, reset to the factory defaults?

I have a RHR 730N.

I don't know specifically which software rev I had installed previously. It was 1.9xx

The install completed just fine. I followed the instructions to let the machine reboot, reread the DVD, and then prompt "Do you want to replace 2.xx with 2.xx". I hit no, ejected the DVD and went about my day.

Now the Nav doesn't work and gives the aforementioned error message, the VR doesn't work, the uConnect doesn't work, and the AUX features aren't available.

Any ideas??

........yes its a hdd issue.

try first with a factory reset.

go in the e-menu......seek+ seek- and menu push together

then on the last page you see.



restore to factory default...push this and wait dont touch nothing!

when the mygig have make a restart you can check again.

OK did that. It cleared my HDD and all my presets. The problems with the NAV, AUX, and VR still persist!

I checked the System Information and it shows software v2.102

Any other ideas?

try with another install the software.........when this ever not work you need a new hdd, go to the dealer i think you have warranty............if not send my a pm i can also help you out.
