Here is a revised pricing/item list as of July 2012. All prices include basic shipping. Core rebates are subtracted from the prices you see below, so if you send in your stock TB afterwards you end up spending less than what you see below.

2006 and earlier 3.7 TBs, 2007 and earlier 4.7 TBs= 40.00
All Hemi TBs: 70.00
2007+ 3.7/3.8 TBs, 2008+ 4.7 TBs= 70.00
2011+ 3.6 TBs: 90.00
Anywhere "Beyond Ported" is mentioned, means that the entire TB bore is enlarged including the blade, then hand-blended to add taper/cross-sectional area.

1999-2006 3.7 ONLY (Aluminum casting): 175.00 BORED ONLY NO PORTING. I can also do a 68mm bore for 200.00

When ordering, please provide the last 3 digits on the plastic TB cover on the side of the casting. Should be either 801,805, or 847.
Intake Manifold Porting:
3.7 V6: 200 shipped + cost of a manifold. At your discretion, either you can send me a manifold, or I can buy a used manifold if available, or I can buy a new manifold at wholesale price. I will charge you at my cost to acquire a manifold, no markup.
4.7 V8 1999-2007- 250 shipped+ cost of manifold.
5.7/6.1 Manifolds: Email for pricing.
