Talking Here's why I needed a Hemi

2800lb dry, ~6000lb loaded. 16' x 7' V-Nose Cargo South used to haul 1 Victory Cross Country and 1 Can-Am Spyder. They can't go fully side by side because of the width of the Spyder. There's room in the trailer for one more smaller bike, probably a custom I plan on building in a year or so.

Re: Here's why I needed a Hemi

how's the HEMI handle? I don't think I'll ever tow anything that weighs that much, but it's nice to know others have.

So far so good. I've only done a short test pull at dry weight to check the brakes but it feels fine. It felt roughly the same as my Cayenne and a bit better than either the Trailblazer SS or the Touareg so I"m 100% confident it will pull all day long without a problem. I'm still going to be well under the full tow rating, probably staying at or under 5000 lbs until I add the 3rd bike so we're good to go.

I think it's meant that you're in the WK2 section and the 4.7 isn't available any more so there's not a lot of interest in here

OP, that is a great looking trailer!
